Black Horse Estate offers guest accommodation and is located on a private artisanal craft brewery and distillery estate, in Magaliesburg. The estate offers a comfortable getaway and can cater for conferences, weddings, and other special events. Black Horse Estate is also a working farm, with Friesian horses, Belted Galloway cattle and some chickens running around.
Accommodation at Black Horse Estate comprises 7 individually decorated suites and 1 manor house. Each suite can accommodate 2 guests and features an en-suite bathroom, and contains amenities such as a mini-bar fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The Black Horse View Manor can accommodate 10 guests and consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering and a lounge with a fireplace. This house boasts a private swimming pool and braai facilities.
Breakfast and other delectable meals can be ordered and enjoyed at the restaurant on-site. The Sables Cafe is open from Monday to Thursday and the Black Horse restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday.
The estate boasts a well-equipped banquet hall for weddings and conferences with in-house catering provided, a beer tasting room and brewery and distillery tours for guests to book.
Guests are welcome to relax in the gardens under the Pecan nut trees, or take a leisure stroll down to the meadow to admire the grazing Friesian horses on the estate.
