Blinkwater Villa is a spacious, modern and upmarket villa located in Cape Town's trendiest suburb, situated a short walk from the main beach of Camps Bay, restaurants, and nightspots of the strip. This architect-designed house has amazing views of the bay, Lion’s Head and Table Mountain, nestled in the tranquil setting of a quiet greenbelt.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower and bath. The rooms each have individual satellite television and uncapped Wi-Fi. All rooms lead outdoors with indigenously planted terraces. Special attention to superb quality bedlinen and block-out blinds ensures a luxurious and comfortable stay. The downstairs bedrooms have under-floor heating and the second-level bedrooms are both fitted with air-conditioning units.
The modern kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances including a built-in Siemens coffee machine for guests’ enjoyment, a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, stove-oven and toaster. Blinkwater Villa’s kitchen also has under-floor heating.
The living area has under-floor heating, and the expansive entertainment area flows onto the deck featuring a large pool.
The villa also features secure garage parking for 4 cars with direct access to the villa. It is serviced 6 days a week and a private chef can be arranged on request.
