Description
Blomvlei Garden Cottage is a charming self-catering flatlet with a separate cottage situated on the owners' property in a tranquil area of Bellville in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. It could be an ideal option for a small family or a couple as it is an ideal base to explore the Mother City.
This cottage can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child at a time and comprises 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Please note that it cannot accommodate 4 adults. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a double bed as well as a single bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchenette equipped with a 2-plate stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a single bed. Flat screen TV with full package DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a sunny patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai which is an ideal spot for a sundowner in the evening. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate on the property.
The garden is fenced in and there is ample safe parking for two vehicles and a trailer. The property is pet friendly. Please note that the owner has 3 medium-sized Border Collie cross dogs. They are well-mannered and get along well with other dogs and cats.
