Kolgans Cottage is a wooden cottage by a dam that accommodates 4 guests. The cottage comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and there are 2 single beds in the living area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The open-plan living space features a lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, two-plate stove with oven, and electric kettle. There is a braai area outside, and guests can relax on the porch watching the variety of waterfowl on the dam.
