Description
Boat Harbour House is a free-standing home in Knysna and is within easy walking distance of the Small Boat Harbour on Leisure Island and adjoining the Steenbok Park Reserve. This is a compact but well-equipped and comfortable holiday home which forms part of the Island Cove with exclusive use of a large sunny swimming pool for your enjoyment.
This property can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, while the second bathroom has a shower-over-bath. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan main living area features a kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and the lounge has comfortable seating as well as a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside is a covered patio with a table and chairs as well as a lovely enclosed garden with braai facilities. There is off-street parking available as well as a small motor boat that is available for guests to use.
Leisure Island is a special holiday destination offering lovely views in all directions, many beach swimming options and a variety of water sports activities.
