Buffelsdrift Rust de Winter is only an hour's drive from Pretoria and located in a beautiful valley on the Elands River. With more than 60 types of bushveld trees, rich bird life with over 400 species, and a variety of game including giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, and eland, it is the ideal place to break away from the hectic city.
Accommodation is offered in 3 secluded cottages that are situated amongst riverine trees along the evergreen valley. Each cottage has an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, and a shaded braai area. Solar lighting and gas for hot water and cooking is provided.
Amenities at Buffelsdrift include a trampoline for children, ample parking under trees, and a swimming pool at the Squirrel unit. Activities at Buffelsdrift include a hiking or mountain bike trail, game viewing from the comfort of your own high-clearance vehicle, game hiking amongst the animals, and bird watching.
