Description
Calamari 11 is a beach front holiday apartment in a prime position on a beautiful stretch of Ramsgate Beach with a stunning breaker beach and sea views. You cannot get closer to the beach, only 30 m away! Walk from your veranda directly onto the beach. Privately tucked away, you may throw open your door and walk out to feel the sea sand underneath your feet, while you watch the waves crash against the rocks.
The duplex apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with queen-sized beds, and 1 room with twin single beds, all with stunning sea views. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The apartment is serviced by 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, and the other with a shower, as well as a separate toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine as well as a thermal clothes dryer. The lounge is equipped with a premium DSTV package, and there is also unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix. The unit boasts a UPS for uninterrupted viewing and WiFi use during loadshedding.
Both the lounge and dining room areas are fitted with ceiling fans. The lounge glass doors open onto the veranda accommodating a braai facility and a large grass area for children to play on, as well as direct beach access.
There is a single garage provided and the unit is fitted with an alarm as well as a small safe for valuables.
The unit is not serviced but this can be arranged at a fee. All linen and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
Within walking distance to Ramsgate and Margate's Blue Flag swimming beaches as well as the Waffle House and Blue Lagoon restaurants, or if you prefer to drive it's only a short 3 minute drive in either direction. La Capannina and Just So Chinese restaurants are only a short walk, a mere 200 m away.
