Catch the Breeze is a self-catering house with a northerly view in the well-known suburb of Rexford in Knysna. The property is ideally located and only a few minutes' drive from the lagoon, Knysna Heads, town centre and 2 golf courses.
This tastefully decorated house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The other bathroom is shared and is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware, cutlery, and crockery. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The dining area has a table with seating for 8 people. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with a DStv decoder and a micro HiFi system with a CD player. Free WiFi is available. This room opens onto a beautiful north-facing garden and a swimming pool.
The house is equipped with an inverter and solar panels, which ensure that the lights, Wi-Fi, and TV can be used during load shedding.
From the garden, guests can enjoy views of the Knysna Lagoon, the golf course, and the Outeniqua Mountain Range.
