This double storey unit comprises 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms plus a guest toilet. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are on the upstairs level and open onto a balcony. The lounge also has 2 single beds.
The living area is open-plan and the kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, crockery, and cutlery as well as a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable couch and a TV. There is a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs leads out onto a balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor seating with great views of the mountain. There is also an indoor braai room that leads outside to a private garden.
The complex offers direct access to the beachfront. There is a swimming pool, tennis and badminton court in the Complex as well as 24 hour Security entrance.
