Description
Chamonix 16 is a self-catering duplex apartment located in a secure complex in Manaba Beach, Margate. The complex is walking distance from the Blue Flag swimming beach, and is the ideal holiday destination to explore the area and the rest of the South Coast's attractions.
The duplex is a spacious double-volume apartment, accessible by a few stairs from the ground floor near the unit's covered lock-up garage, and offers accommodation for 8 guests (max 6 adults) and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the first floor: The main bedroom is air-conditioned and is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath; the second bedroom has air-conditioning and 2 single beds, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Rooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom, which has a shower and bath. On the first floor, you will find the main lounge and the kitchen; the well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and ice machine. The open-plan lounge has comfortable sofas, a TV with selected DSTV channels and a DVD sound system.
The fourth bedroom is on the top floor and has a queen-size bed and air-conditioning and has access to the third bathroom with a shower. There is also a dining area with a small kitchen, a lounge area and a TV with selected DSTV channels.
Each level of the apartment has a sliding door that leads to a balcony, from where you can admire a 180-degree panoramic view of the sea and see the sunrise. The first-floor balcony has patio furniture and gas braai facilities.
The complex has a private pool and braai area and secure parking.
