Chapter One Overnight Cottage is a spacious and private self-catering cottage with a homely feeling located in Montana Park, Pretoria. Chapter One is within walking distance to Kolonnade Shopping Centre and Montana Traders. Montana Private Hospital is only 7 minutes away. A variety of restaurants and take-a-way places are close by. The cottage is ideal to overnight for emergencies or doctors appointments at Montana Private Hospital, families or business men. Long Term stays can be arranged at a special rate.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed and there is a sleeper couch and a single bed in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs.
