Colonial Sands 406 is a self-catering holiday apartment situated on the fourth floor inside a secure complex located in Margate. The apartment boasts lovely sea views and also offers easy beach access, making it a great space to unwind. It’s also within walking distance of Margate's CBD with various restaurants, shops, and cafes. Margate main beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes it safe for swimming.
This apartment can sleep 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and double vanity.
