The unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (queen sized on the bottom and a single bed on top). There are ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the lounge. The unit is not equipped with air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove, a kettle, a toaster, and a washing machine.
There is a TV in the lounge with full DStv, and guests also have access to gas braai facilities. The complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.
