Concord Apartment is a well-designed self-catering bachelor apartment ideally located in the the heart of Stellenbosch's historic centre, on the corner of Church and Ryneveld Streets. It is a short walk to all the popular sidewalk cafes, bistros, top-rated restaurants, wine bars, art galleries and museums of central Stellenbosch and is a stone’s throw from Dorp Street with its beautiful old Cape Dutch abodes.
It's the perfect base for your stay in Stellenbosch, the nicest parts of which are all accessible from the apartment on foot. The leafy botanical gardens are a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Mountain tracks offering stunning views are only a 10-min walk away, with some of the top mountain biking and hiking tracks South Africa has to offer. Concord apartment is within walking distance to shops, the Endler Auditorium and the University Campus.
The apartment has a studio-type open-plan layout, and is suitable for 2 guests, but can accommodate 1 child on a sleeper couch. The bedroom area contains a king-size bed. The bathroom contains a big shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and stove top, fridge, and a microwave. The lounge area contains a sleeper couch and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment is located on the first floor, and access is via a lift or a staircase. A secure basement parking bay is provided with elevator access.
Linen and towels are provided. Guests staying 5 nights or longer will receive a complimentary clean and linen change. For long-term stays (i.e. more than 2 weeks), or for other requests, cleaning services are available on request at a surcharge.
Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available via a fibre line, providing download and upload speeds of 30 Mbps.
