Cottage Chenin is a small house which comprises 2 single beds and a bathroom fitted with a bath tub and a walk-in shower, a toilet and washbasin. A sofa bed in the lounge is available for a third guest. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 3 people, while the lounge has a wall-mounted 40" Internet-linked Smart-TV with selected DStv channels. The unit also has a private patio but no access to a swimming pool.

Guests of guests are limited to 4 people at Cottage Chenin and 6 people at Cottage Sauvignon. They are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the property by midnight.
Quiet time is between 23:00 and 10:00.
For all additional guests beyond the standard occupancy:
- Adults are charged extra to sleep on a sofa bed or extra mattress.
- A maximum of 2 children up to 2 years old sleeping in a baby cot provided free of charge is not charged extra.
The properties have a robust power backup system. During load-shedding, the power supply automatically switches to powerful batteries, allowing guests to use all amenities uninterrupted.
The permanent heated swimming pool at Cottage Sauvignon is available from 1 September until 30 April.

The living area leads onto a beautiful big veranda which has an outdoor kitchen with braai facilities, a medium-sized fridge, dining table and a cozy living room suite.
