This Contemporary Villa is a modern, north-facing multi-level self-catering villa located on the peaceful residential estate of Thesen Islands in Knysna. The Thesen Islands estate offers 24-hour security and access control, as well as a variety of interesting shops and restaurants.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and scullery, dining area and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and a washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening to a waterfacing deck. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, other small appliances and a scullery with a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge features ample comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
The villa has 3 sundecks. The lower sun deck contains a shaded lounge area, a round 6-seater outdoor dining table, a weber kettle braai, and 2 sun loungers with an umbrella. Up the stairs is a second covered deck with an 8-seater dining table and chairs, and counter with stools facing the water. The third deck boasts a sparkling swimming pool. The villa also has its own private jetty.
