Description
Coral Close 11 is a double-storey holiday home in Santareme area in the coastal town of St. Francis Bay with a Mediterranean theme.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, and is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds in 2 rooms and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. The 3 bedrooms share 2 en-suite bathrooms fitted with both a shower and a bath.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, built-in cupboards and glass sliding doors opening onto either a balcony or a patio. All linen, blankets and towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.
The ground floor has a spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, both leading to a large covered verandah with patio furniture and a built-in braai. The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Undercover parking is available. The house is fully fenced with a remote-controlled gate and is monitored by a security company.
Activities in the area include fishing, boat and river cruises, sailing, water sports, tennis, horse riding on the beach, bird watching, hiking and golf courses.
There are several restaurants in St. Francis and Cape St. Francis to choose from. Some with live shows on weekends and busy times of the year. St. Francis also has several salons, spas and boutiques. Cape St. Francis is 8 km away with attractions such as the Penguin Rehabilitation Center and Lighthouses.
