Description
Die C-Kasteel is a lovely double-storey house and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is situated within walking distance to Groot-Brakrivier mouth and is perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends.
All of the bedrooms, along with one bathroom, are located on the upper level of the house and can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second and third bedroom each has a single bed. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin, and toilet while the second bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower-over-bath, wash basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided.
The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space, and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, basic crockery, cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, there’s also a washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating, a TV, as well as board games.
The outside area is the heart of the home and boasts a lovely lawn for the kids to play around, a braai area, with a table to accommodate the family at the fire, as well as an outside shower. This property has fencing and offers secure parking on the premises.
