'Die Rotse' Host House is a seafront property located on a peaceful cul-de-sac on Beach Road, Kleinmond in the Western Cape, South Africa. A 40-metre stroll will lead you to a natural tidal swimming pool and large inter-coastal tidal zone for hours of exploring the unique ecosystem of the Kelp forest.
Spykerklip is an upper-level apartment, boasting 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It has beautiful sea views and shares a balcony with the living area. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
Drievis is a ground-level apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds while the third bedroom has a double bed. These rooms share a modern bathroom that is fitted with a free-standing bath and shower.
Each unit has a kitchen fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities.
Guests have access to a double garage that can house a ski-boat as well as 2 private garages, and secure covered parking behind a remote gate with an outdoor CCTV camera system around the premises.
