Die Suidwester Gastehuis is a charming guest house situated in Parys, a quaint town nestled on the banks of the Vaal River.
The guest house offers guest a choice of 5 open-plan units that can accommodate between 2 to 4 people, and each unit has a private entrance. The units are furnished with double beds, single beds, or king-size beds, and each unit has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet.
Each of the units has a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A TV with selected DStv channels, as well as Wi-Fi access, is also available. Number 1 and 4 have braai facilities. A solar system keeps the lights on during load shedding. Secure parking is also available.
Parys offers a variety of activities ranging from berry picking, fishing, river rafting, hiking and 4x4 trails, abseiling, and golfing, and guests can also visit the Vredefort Dome.
