Doornfontein Plaas is nestled in the Karoo, situated 37 km outside Cradock and a mere 25 km from Bergkwagga National Park. The property offers comfortable self-catering accommodation that is ideal for a large family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape.
Guests can choose between private rooms located in the main building, or 3 separate rooms in the free-standing Peppertree building. All the rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, and some of the rooms have private bathrooms with bath or shower facilities.
The Peppertree has a communal kitchen equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, gas stove, and oven. Communal braai facilities are also available.
On warm summer days, the swimming pool provides a welcome relief from the heat. Guests can also unwind beneath the shade of 100-year-old pepper trees or embark on hikes, running, and cycling on the farm.
