Description

DullVino First House is an authentic farm-style self-catering house with a country feel and look ideally located in Dullstroom, close to the main street attractions, restaurants and shops. The house is situated behind Wild About Whiskey, which is on the main street, on a quiet back road. The boundaries of the property are hedges and very private, with a white picket fence in front. The house is ideal for the avid fly-fishing enthusiast, mountain biker, motorcycle lover or just to have a country break away. For the coffee lovers the house has a De'Longhi Nespresso machine (the real deal!).

The house is equipped with solar panels and 10Kwh battery backup. The hybrid system will provide electricity in the case of loadshedding and power outages with minimal disruption so that you can enjoy your stay.

DullVino First House can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with gas stove, solar and battery backup, a dining area, and a lounge and second dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen seize bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and twin washbasins. The second bedroom contains a queen seize bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a 4-seater dining table. The living area contains, inside braai/fireplace comfortable couches, a flat-screen smart TV (YouTube & Netflix enabled), full DSTV, a soundbar, Wi-Fi, and a 6-seater dining table. The living area further has stacker doors opening to a patio with outdoor dining furniture. In the garden, there is a kid’s jungle gym to keep them entertained.

The property is a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the Dullstroom Birds of Prey and Rehabilitation Centre, Dullstroom Nature Reserve and a whole lot more. All this is within a 2.5-hour drive from Gauteng.
