Eddy Out is a luxury double storey self-catering house, located in the secluded Herolds Bay and is perfect for a family of six. It is fully equipped for self-catering with modern furniture and appliances. A private retreat with breathtaking views from all areas.
The house has a lovely open-living area downstairs that leads out onto a wooden deck with a large swimming pool. The living area has comfortable couches, a TV and dining area. There is also a separate TV room upstairs with full DSTV. For your enjoyment, there is an enclosed braai area that can be opened up and leads onto the wooden deck and swimming pool. The modern open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, cutlery, crockery and a separate scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine. Fibre internet is available.
This spacious home consist of three bedrooms, all with a balcony and sea view. There are two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a double bed that shares a bathroom with a shower and a bath. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.
There is safe off-street parking and a double garage available. The house is also secured by an alarm system.
