Description
Eden Dunes 67 is a charming self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex in the heart of Shelly Beach, Margate. Conveniently located, the complex is just across the road from the beach, the Ski Boat Club, and Shelly Centre Shopping Mall.
This sea-facing third-floor apartment can accommodate 6 adults and 3 kids and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a child-only bunk bed. There is a tri-bunk in the living room. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet, while the second bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, chest freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It extends to a dining table and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a smart TV with an OpenView decoder. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder.
The living area leads out onto a balcony, which has a sea view and views of the Ski boat club and the launching of boats. Guests have access to the complex’s communal swimming pool and braai area. Secure parking is available.
