Description
Eden Dunes Beach House is a lovely self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in the heart of Shelly Beach, Margate. The complex boasts beautiful sea views making it the ideal breakaway for couples or a family.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a sliding door that opens out onto a patio with sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a basin.
The open-plan living area features comfortable couches, a TV, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, kettle, cutlery and crockery.
Leading from the lounge through the sliding doors is a grassy lawn perfect for children to play on. The unit features its own braai but guests are welcome to make use of the communal braai and swimming pool in the complex. Secure parking is available on the premises.
With direct access to the beach and tidal pool through a pedestrian gate from the complex, as well as activities and attractions like rock fishing, the ski boat club, cinemas, shopping malls and restaurants, all within 200 metres from the complex, there is little need to drive anywhere.
