Our tastefully decorated Efcharisto Seaside Cottage offers deluxe self-catering accommodation with beautiful 180-degree sea views and a hint of West Coast bliss.
Efcharisto Seaside Cottage is situated in Kleinmond, a UNESCO-declared Biosphere between Betty’s Bay and Hermanus, and a short drive from the Kleinmond blue flag status beach. Designed for ultimate relaxation, this private home offers a genuine seafront holiday with upmarket styling and features fulfilling guests’ every need.
The finely furnished home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is stylishly furnished with a queen-size bed, and walk-through cupboards and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These rooms share an adjoining bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine in the scullery, with cleaning materials. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable couches and has a big flatscreen TV with a full selection of DStv channels, as well as Netflix. There’s also a cosy fireplace and indoor braai area for guests’ convenience. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house spoils guests with a solar, inverter power backup.
The seafront doors open wide onto a quaint undercover patio with outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience and a family braai. It boasts extraordinary views of the lush seaside greenery and the wavy ocean reaching shores far away. The garden is enclosed by a West Coast-style fence and a cute white picket fence gate.
Secure garage parking is available for one car on the property as well as off-street parking, and the property is secure with an alarm system and plantation shutters throughout.
Kleinmond offers nature trails, the Kleinmond Blue Flag Beach, and various restaurants. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore the Overberg and all it has to offer.
