Eland Street 50 is a beautiful holiday villa conveniently located in the heart of Ballito, 500 m from the beach. This villa is the perfect option for a coastal getaway with family and friends as this property features an inviting on-site swimming pool which is great for summer.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom. It also opens onto a private balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower. Another king-size bed is available in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The other 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to this dining area is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, this villa has an entertainment room with a bar. This bar area opens onto a covered patio with outdoor seating. It leads to an expansive garden and pool area where guests can relax and catch some sun. Both indoor and outdoor braai facilities are available.
