Description
Elta's Haven is a beautifully appointed, stylish and comfortable 5-bedroom home with a beautiful location and stunning sea views. The house is situated on the seafront in Skuitbaai Estate on the Tsitsikamma Coast.
The safe estate boasts picture-perfect fynbos, a 9-hole golf course with a club house and facilities for weddings and functions. The club house also has a fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, a bar and meals are served there as well.
Elta's Haven now has a battery backup system that can provide electricity for the lights and TV during loadshedding.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, and another bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and microwave, and leads into the open-plan lounge with 2 TV's. Additional features include indoor braai facilities, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi. A limited amount of wood to braai is given to guests. The Jacuzzi can be switched on and prepared for guests who are looking for accommodation for longer than 2 nights and involves an extra fee. Guests must note that the Jacuzzi is not in use during June, July and August.
There is a pool table and table tennis for recreation. Guests must please bring along their own swimming towels, but all bedding and bath towels are provided.
