Description
Erika is your ideal home away from home. It is a very comfortable home on a split level, shared with two downstairs flats, Annies and Fagans. Both units are rented out separately, but can also be rented together.
Erika has 3 double bedrooms, an extraordinary large lounge with an open plan kitchen and dining room area, with good sea views, only 500m from the swimming beach and 200m from the shopping area and restaurants. You are walking distance from everything Struisbaai has to offer.
Erika is situated in a very large fynbos garden with lawn, giving it a very peaceful atmosphere. There is also a double bed sleeping couch and single bed divan in the lounge, making it suitable for up to 10 people.
Erika has 2 bathrooms, one with bath, shower, a washing basin and toilet, and one with toilet, washing basin and shower (en-suite).
The open plan kitchen has a fridge/freezer combination, 4 plate stove and oven, microwave, and enough kitchen utensils.
The comfortable and extra large lounge area makes for spacious comfortable relaxation, or dining with a lot of friends! There is a flat screen TV with dish, and OVHD decoder. You can bring along your own decoder for DStv.
Erika has fast unlimited fibre WiFi available and a UPS to provide Wi-Fi even when there is power outages.
Next to the house is a large enclosed courtyard with washing lines and a washing room with 2 automatic washing machines.
Erika is on a sloping plot, making your entrance to the house on ground level, but the front part of the house on double story level, with 2 small flats, Fagans and Annies, under the front part of the house. Fagans and Annies can sleep 4 people each and is rented out separately, however it can also be rented together with Erika and can be opened up to make one large house suitable for up to 18 people if necessary.
