Eunoia Kothuis is a beautiful self-catering cottage with warm features and a private entrance in Lemoenkloof, Paarl. This could be a great option for tourists, business travellers or parents needing accommodation close to schools.

This cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided. A child-only mattress is available by prior arrangement.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a 2-plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a 2-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests are afforded secure parking behind an electric gate on the property. During load shedding, a solar panel system will keep the water warm and the lights on. The location of this cottage is close to many schools and sports grounds.
