Description
Fabre House is a rustic beach house situated on George Road in the heart of Pringle Bay and boasts lovely mountain views. This is an ideal option for a family holiday as it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and only a short distance from the beach.
This double-storey property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are situated on the upper level and the first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower, respectively. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The lower level features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee station. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. Additionally, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room. Upstairs, there is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The dining area opens up onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. The lounge area upstairs opens up onto a partially covered balcony with sun loungers which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the mountain views.
Pringle Bay offers a range of activities for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those looking for a relaxing getaway. Activities offered in the area include beaches, hiking trails, seasonal whale watching, bird watching, water sports, wine tasting and local markets.
