Description
Fairstreams No. 2 is a detached double storey house located in the safe Fairstreams complex in Dullstroom. This complex is walking distance from 2 municipal artificial fly fishing ponds and the Suikerboschkop nature reserve.
This house sleeps 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining- and living area. The first bedroom is on the lower floor and has a double bed. The second and third bedrooms are both loft rooms. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. There is a Victorian bath in the lower bathroom and a shower in the upper bathroom. The 4th room has been transformed into a TV room with DStv. There are electric wall-mounted heaters and electric blankets for the cold winter nights.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and has a stove, oven, microwave oven, washing machine and fridge.
The living area has a fireplace and there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as a mobile braai.
There is also a covered parking and 1 additional parking space available for each unit in the complex, ensuring secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate.
