Each unit is well equipped for self-catering and has a TV with HDMI cable for streaming and free Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi has a battery backup for 2-hour load shedding sessions but only for part of 4-hour sessions.

Units are cleaned once a week when bedding is changed and fresh towels are provided. Cleaning amenities are provided in each unit.

Undercover parking is available near the units. The area offers a level of security, with 2 security vehicles roaming the area 24/7. The property has electric fencing on top of a 6ft perimeter wall and an automated gate with a 1-ton electromagnetic lock.

This area was a bird sanctuary many years ago and so has an abundance of bird life. The rich foliage of the trees creates a natural sound buffer which results in a peaceful and quiet environment where you can still hear the bird calls.
