The best! I am so glad I booked to stay at First Avenue Guesthouse.

Very homely atmosphere. I loved every moment at the guesthouse. Every staff member was welcoming and hospitable. Weston accommodated me with a late checkout, and also my laundry was done every day at no extra cost. First Avenue Guesthouse is really a home away from home.

Friendly staff and clean.

I was spending one night in Port Elizabeth for an evening meeting at a nearby restaurant. There was no problem at all with the guesthouse, but it is not a safe area to walk around at night. One other matter I did notice at the guesthouse was the fact that their gate and WiFi codes had not changed in more than a year, from our last visit.
