Unit 3 comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a convection oven, an induction plate, a kettle and toaster, and basic utensils. The living area comprises a breakfast nook and a lounge area with a TV with selected DStv channels. The living area leads out onto a balcony with outdoor furniture.
