It is situated in the northern suburb of Montrose, is easily accessed and only 5 min away from the N3, City centre, Royal Show Grounds, Victoria Country Club, and Shopping Malls.

It features 3 private self-catering garden cottages and 2 garden suites. Undercover parking is provided and lock-up facility for sports gear. All cottages are all tastefully and newly furnished, decorated with original artwork and all solar powered.

On-site facilities include a braai area, Wi-Fi, a laundry service, airport shuttle services and secure parking. Breakfast and dinner is also available upon request.
