A warm-hearted welcome to Fralande Guesthouse in Waverley, overlooking a beautiful garden where one can find peace and tranquility. We have our guests' best interest at heart, and staying with us will surely feel like your home away from home. The emphasis is on total relaxation, and silver service within this comfortable setting.
Both units in this establishment have stair access and are tastefully decorated. They have either twin- or a king-size bed in both main bedrooms and single only in other bedrooms. There are 2 old-world lounge chairs in each room to ensure comfortable TV viewing, or just relaxing with a book. These rooms are also equipped with air conditioning at additional cost to ease away the Highveld heat. Each unit also has a TV with the full DStv bouquet. All linen and towels are supplied. The kitchens are fully equipped with 2 plate gas stoves and air fryer ovens, microwave and big fridges with freezers. Kitchen counters and chairs add to the coziness of these units. All kitchen utensils are supplied. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are also offered, as well as basic breakfast at additional cost.
A small, private verandah overlooks the garden from Unit 1. Unit 2 spoils guests with 2 different verandahs for relaxation. The property is set in a beautiful natural garden with soothing water features. A relaxed atmosphere is ensured with the panoramic view of the garden.
Visitors are welcome to make use of the garden for relaxation and just finding tranquility and peace. Guests have their own, private entrance to the units, to ensure privacy. For peace of mind, safety and security are ensured by remote control access. We also offer secure, on-site, shaded parking for guest’s vehicles. This is a pet-friendly establishment and pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
There are several amenities close by including exercise facilities, a golf driving range, restaurants, grocery outlets, pharmacies, an ice rink, cinemas, laundry facilities, medical facilities as well as several shopping centres within a 3- to 5-km drive from the establishment.
