Franschhoek Country House & Villas is an ideal base from which to indulge your tastes for fine wines and world-class cuisine, and the hotel offers a range of accommodations to choose from including Standard Rooms, Luxury Rooms, Garden Cottages and Villa Suites. Each of the large, air-conditioned suites has an en-suite bathroom, as well as a private lounge, and some of the suites open onto private balconies or private patios with magnificent views.

The in-house Monneaux restaurant voted as one of South Africa's top restaurants, has become known for its innovative and modern cuisine. A' la carte lunches are served on the magnificent fountain terrace, whilst dinner is served in the understated, yet elegant, dining room or enclosed verandah. The wine list emphasises local wines that can also be enjoyed by the glass in the cosy wine bar.

During summer, guests can laze at the 2 pools, one of which is heated, enjoying the beautiful mountain vistas. Guests can also enjoy a relaxing massage, visit the boutique wine farms, or stroll in the charming town found by the French Huguenots.
