Goldensunset Dirk se Huisie is a cosy and rustic self-catering unit located in the mountains on a farm that is situated 40 km from Citrusdal and is ideal for those wanting a tranquil and private breakaway.
This unit can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and a toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single bunk beds. Guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels.
The kitchen is well-equipped wth a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is an enclosed patio with comfortable seating, a dining table and a built-in braai. This house has no electricity but hot water is generated by a gas geyser as well as the fridge is run by gas.
This accommodation is known for amazing sunsets and offers 2 hiking trails, a seasonal waterfall, 2 farm dams for swimming and includes a jetty which makes a lovely picnic spot.
