Gowrie Farm Golf Estate House 217 is a modern self-catering house located on the secure Gowrie Farm Golf Estate in Nottingham Road, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. The Gowrie Farm Golf Estate offers a classic 18-hole golf course, a pro shop and clubhouse, conference venue, and trout fishing. The estate is set in the centre of the popular Midlands Meander tourism route that offers a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, spas, shops and cultural attractions.
House 217 can accommodate up to 8 guests, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and an enclosed verandah. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have an en suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a laundry area with washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with 8-stools. The comfortable TV lounge features a flat-screen TV with full DStv and a sound system, as well as an indoor braai fireplace. The enclosed verandah features a lounge area and a 10-seater dining table and chairs, and has lovely views over the golf course. The cottage is serviced daily. There is an inverter that provides power to the TV, Wi-Fi, DStv and a few lights.
