Green Point Self-Catering Studio, accommodates up to 2 guests, is a tastefully renovated self-catering studio apartment, furnished and equipped with care to ensure a very comfortable holiday.

The studio is situated in a small apartment block between Green Point and Sea Point in the suburb of Three Anchor Bay. The flat is situated on the second floor and the stairs leading to it are on the outside of the building (no lift). Although it is centrally situated, it enjoys a quiet position that is removed from traffic and urban noise. The modern interior has a double volume open rafter ceiling and big sliding windows that afford a view of city buildings. The interior style combines Cape Cottage Furniture with contemporary leather and chrome furniture. The bedroom is open plan with the seating area and kitchen, but the bathroom is separate with its own door fitted with a walk in shower (no bath tub), toilet and basin. Free Wi-Fi, a flat- screen TV and secure on-site parking included.

The studio is centrally situated on the Atlantic Seaboard with regards to the major tourist attractions of Cape Town such as the V&A Waterfront, walking distance to the Stadium, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches close-by, Sea Point Promenade, Cape Town City Centre and Table Mountain.
