On the foothills of the Swartberg mountains lies the beautiful Groenfontein valley where Groenfontein Guest Farm is situated.

The house has beautiful views of the beautiful Swartberg mountains. The unit is solar-powered. The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with either double or single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower.

All linen and towels are provided as well as braai wood. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and fridge-freezer. There is also a TV with local channels. Warm water bags and gas heaters will ensure warm winter nights.

Groenfontein Guest Farm is situated on a multifaceted working farm with cattle, tobacco, vines, onion seeds and carrot seeds. The farm produces its own wine Sauvignon Blanc and organic pecan nuts. Activities on the farm include braaing by the river or walking on the farm. Daily excursions to Calitzdorp, Oudtshoorn and Prince Albert can be enjoyed.

Without comfort, sleep in the two environmentally friendly homes that are powered by solar panels. Fresh mountain water at the homes is provided by a solar pump. Boat facilities at both houses are available.
