Gull House is a spacious house located just a short drive or walk from the beach. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and is ideal for families looking for a holiday house near the ocean.

The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with fans and their own bathrooms, and a single room downstairs with a separate entrance and its own bathroom. The upstairs area has an open-plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a TV with selected DStv channels and leads out onto a large private patio with a built-in braai facility.

The property also has a double lock-up garage, an undercover carport and a washing room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Gull Cottage is a small, neat cottage which is ideal for a couple with young children. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds.These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower. The unit also features a kitchen and a lounge with a TV and DStv channels. There is also a verandah with braai facility, lock-up garage and twin tub washing machine for this unit.
