Description
Hacienda 5 is a non-smoking penthouse apartment situated on the second floor of a secure apartment building located in Umhlanga. There are only stairs available, no lift. It boasts stunning ocean views and is conveniently close to the nearest beach and a variety of shops nearby. No pets are allowed.
This apartment can sleep 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and the first bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin, while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, double oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
An inverter will keep the TV, Wi-Fi and some of the lights on during load-shedding. The sliding doors open to the balcony which has a dining table with chairs and gas braai facilities. Guests have access to the shared swimming pool inside the complex. There are also 2 parking bays, one undercover and one in a lockup garage.
