Description

Hanstead Heath is a tranquil family-run establishment offering modern self-catering cottage accommodation in Hilton. The property is very close to Hilton College, a very short drive to St Anne's and Hilton Village, and just 5 km from the N3. Hanstead Heath is the ideal place to stay for school visits, local sporting events such as Midmar Mile, Capital K, Amashova and the Comrades Marathon, or a weekend away to explore the Midlands Meander.

Accommodation is offered in 2 interleading self-catering units that can be rented out separately or together.

Unit 1 can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, an upstairs loft room, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen (gas stove/oven and microwave) and living area. Unit 2 can accommodate up to 2 guests and has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette (microwave only for cooking). Starter tea, coffee and milk are provided in each unit. Each unit has its own private entrance and a large, peaceful verandah with lovely views. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Water used is harvested rainwater from the roof. Fresh drinking water will be provided.

There are 2 rescue donkeys, Donkey and Flora, on the premises. You are welcome to say hi to them over the fence, however, please do not enter their paddock, ride or feed them. There is electric tape around their paddock.
