Hout Bay Hilltop is a luxury bungalow overlooking the beautiful Hout Bay Valley, close to the village centre and the beach.
The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and en-suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms contain 2 single beds each and make use of a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer available. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The unit is located in a beautiful indigenous garden with a sheltered pool and braai facilities overlooking stunning mountain and valley views. Secure off street parking is available for 2 cars.
