Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R650 admin fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The property has an inverter with backup batteries meaning that guests have access to WiFi during power outages.
Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked.
We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise, or parties are allowed at any time of day or night. Quiet time is between 20:00 and 08:00.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
All outstanding fees are payable 2 weeks before the unit is occupied for off-season, and 1 month for peak season via cash, EFT, and bank deposits. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date
No pets allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost except on weekends and public holidays.
The unit must be left tidy and the dishes must be washed.
