Comfortable, great location.

We had a good time. Great location and easy access. Parking perfectly located outside the unit. The view from the unit and the balcony is awesome. The WiFi was working well and we had good reception. The unit is well equipped. The shower is amazing. Ample cupboard space and hangers. We were only told on arrival that the safe was not in working condition, which meant we had to either take all valuables with us all the time or not allow any cleaning services. We were informed about the laundry service but were very disappointed to find out it was not in working order the entire time we were there since it was being upgraded, which we were not told. This was somewhat annoying with the cold and wet weather during our time and trying to manage this by driving around to try and find a laundromat allowing you to do your own laundry.

I am pleased to hear that your overall stay exceeded expectations. I do apologise for the facilities of the building not being up and running; we were not informed about this, and we have asked the building/hotel side to always keep us updated on these issues. I would like to let you know the laundry service that was mentioned was actually our company's services; we can personally collect your laundry, wash, dry, and iron, and then return it to you. There is additional information about these services on our StayApp as well, apologies for that misunderstanding and clarification. With regards to the safe, it needs to be replaced; we have mentioned this to the owner, and we are just waiting on the go-ahead so we can get that sorted.
