Description

Jakaranda Woonstel 8 is a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex in Uvongo. The complex is within 200 m from Uvongo Beach and 100 m from the beachfront.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area. The main bedroom has a queen-size double bed, built-in cupboards, and a double sleeper couch ideal for children. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, with built-in cupboards. The bathroom is equipped with a basin, shower, and bath.

The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a 6-seater dining table. The lounge has a TV while DStv is available at an additional cost.

The complex is secured by an electric fence and access through a code gate that provides secure undercover parking. Furthermore, the complex has 2 communal braai areas, one with a jungle gym for the youngsters. There is a reception which helps with washing and cleaning services if required.

Uvongo is a laidback seaside resort town on KwaZulu-Natal’s Hibiscus Coast. Attractions nearby include Manaba Beach that is 2.4 km away, St Micheal's on Sea is 2.7 km away and Uvongo River Nature Reserve is 1 km away.
