Jock’s View is a lovely self-catering house that offers spectacular sea and mountain views where guests can relax in the hot tub on the patio and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. The house is high against Kogelberg in Betty's Bay with a 5 minutes walk to Jock's Bay and, 4 km from Betty's Bay Beach.
This house has an inverter to power the TV, DStv and Wi-Fi during load shedding. The stove and geyser are gas-operated and there are rechargeable lights.
This house boasts amazing sea views through most of its rooms and comprises 4 bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom and third bedroom have a queen-size bed and double bed, respectively, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. They make use of a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, and a separate toilet and basin.
The living area has comfy seating space, with a TV that has access to a full selection of DStv channels, YouTube & Netflix and features a 8-seater dining table with chairs. It is open-plan to the kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a fireplace to enjoy the cold winter nights at.
Braai facilities are available on the patio that overlooks the ocean. The property has a steep driveway with a double garage for 2 cars and a carport for 1 vehicle. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Jock’s View is within walking distance of the beaches which are safe for swimming, sailing, canoeing, and board surfing, and is within close proximity to the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centres.
